AMPLE MARSHAL
To qualify for ample marshal distributor must raise G.P.V+PV of 250,000 PV for 2 and above L.D.N and 300,000 for 1 L.D.N at marshal’s pace.

Further Compesation/Award
A marshal at this level with 125,000 G.P.V from each L.D.N for 2 L.D.N or 200,000 G.P.V and 50,000 G.P.V from either of marshal’s L.D.N shall be entitle to
NON STOP ADDITIONAL COMPESATION
1. Global profit sharing of 0.1% payable yearly
2. Monthly housing fund of US $1,000 at the company’s exchange rate.
NOTE
A distributor at Ample marshal level continues to enjoy all these benefits for as long as the company exists, will be honored with all expense paid invitation to attend annual board meeting of the company. Will be entitled to Hawaii vacation trip. All further compensations or additional compensations at every level ends at that level.
Active Leader bonus is calculated based on the most active L.D.N only and monthly.
PART 4
SPECIAL COMPENSATION PLAN
In this special compensation plan, distributors from entry level to last have equal opportunity to benefit from it provided they meet the specific conditions attached.
Payment are calculated based on distributor’s GPV within the months in review.
Fractions not calculated except up to 5,000.
Distributors must have two active LDN generating 5000GPV per month to earn Merit bonus.
Marshal shall be paid this as merit bonus.
1. Each 5,000 cumulative PV raised in one month marshals will earn 5% 9,999 PV is equivalent 5,000 PV.
These conditions are part of the overall business plan and does not have limited time. Cleanshield INT (U.S.A) has not made any promise of building houses or estate for distributors.
The company is aware that the opportunity provided by this compensation plan will surely make available enough fund for our distributors. Special honours are attached at each award event. CS INT (U.S.A) has provided our distributor an opportunity to draw their success plan, work successfully as a team, corporate and not conserve information.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS GUIDING CLEANSHIELD INT MLM BUSINESS
Below are the rights, rules and regulations designed to promote cordial relationship between the distributors and the company. Every distributor is expected to read and understand these terms, rules and regulations. Any changes or amendment will be communicated to the distributor via e-mail circulars, or memorandum.
Cleanshield Int reserves exclusive right of interpretation or change of this plan where/when necessary.
Any distributor who completes and sign the application form expressly agree to abide and be bonded by the rules and regulations.
However any distributor who fails to abide by the rules and regulations will not claim ignorance to the rules and regulation and plan in use.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
1. Cleanshied int Business Plan comprise all the bonus and rewards programs including sponsorship procedures made by Cleanshield Int.
2. Cleanshield Int: this refers to a person who is permitted by Cleanshield Int and who may sponsor others to apply for Cleanshield Int for distributorship.
b. Any adult citizens regardless of sex and race can apply as Cleanshield Int distributor and enjoy privileges and must have civil behavior capability.
c. Anybody who wishes to be a Cleanshield Int distributor, must have filled the registration form and read the business manual, membership card, brochure issued.
3. Any distributor who wishes to resign shall put in writing six months and wait for the approval from Cleanshield int.
a. Any cancelled distributor of Cleanshield int can also reapply and it becomes the consideration of the company to readmit or not.
b. Cleanshield int will not force any member to buy her products of be in the business.
c. In the event of death of a distributor the next of kin will inherit the membership card and its accruals. If the next of kin dies, then Cleanshield int will decide who inherit the proceeds
4. Cleanshield int distributor should not engage in act considered as unlawful by the government or any act inimical to the development of Cleanshield int business.
5. The responsibility of Cleanshield int distributor in marketing and sales of its product include this, Cleanshield int can display its product in its accredited shop.
b. Distributor should not use misleading method to sell its products or recruits its members. Top distributors are not allowed to fake its products and services or sell other products from competing network companies or persuade Cleanshield int distributor to join.
c. Cleanshield int distributor should sell its product at a price authorized. Cleanshield int distributor should not fake products or services of the company.
d. Cleanshield int top distributor are not allowed to promote sell or market the product and services of other network companies to any Cleanshield int distributor, Cleanshield int has the right to disqualify his/her membership, If a distributor goes contrary to this.
e. Cleanshield int gathering is for promotion of its business, it cannot be used for politics or religious purpose. The organizers cannot use it for their personal interest or further any cause other than that of the company.
f. Any Cleanshield int distributor who has Cleanshield int trade mark, Logo must inform Cleanshield int and register trade mark and name must be used after approval, other wise it will not be allowed to use such trade mark/name.
g. Distributor should not use any means to show that he/she is an employee of Cleanshield int.
6. Any initiation, misleading, misrepresentation behavior or distributor against Cleanshield int business plan or its products, the said distributor must then pay compensation to losses that may arise inclusive of such things as charges for legal proceedings required for law suit by Cleanshield int or any party concerned.

AMPLE MARSHAL
To qualify for ample marshal distributor must raise G.P.V+PV of 250,000 PV for 2 and above L.D.N and 300,000 for 1 L.D.N at marshal’s pace.
Other earnings as applicable to L.M 5.
Further Compesation/Award
A marshal at this level with 125,000 G.P.V from each L.D.N for 2 L.D.N or 200,000 G.P.V and 50,000 G.P.V from either of marshal’s L.D.N shall be entitle to
NON STOP ADDITIONAL COMPESATION
1. Global profit sharing of 0.1% payable yearly
2. Monthly housing fund of US $1,000 at the company’s exchange rate.
NOTE
A distributor at Ample marshal level continues to enjoy all these benefits for as long as the company exists, will be honored with all expense paid invitation to attend annual board meeting of the company. Will be entitled to Hawaii vacation trip. All further compensations or additional compensations at every level ends at that level.
Active Leader bonus is calculated based on the most active L.D.N only and monthly.
PART 4
SPECIAL COMPENSATION PLAN
In this special compensation plan, distributors from entry level to last have equal opportunity to benefit from it provided they meet the specific conditions attached.
Payment are calculated based on distributor’s GPV within the months in review.
Fractions not calculated except up to 5,000.
Distributors must have two active LDN generating 5000GPV per month to earn Merit bonus.
Marshal shall be paid this as merit bonus.
1. Each 5,000 cumulative PV raised in one month marshals will earn 5% 9,999 PV is equivalent 5,000 PV.
These conditions are part of the overall business plan and does not have limited time. Cleanshield INT (U.S.A) has not made any promise of building houses or estate for distributors.
The company is aware that the opportunity provided by this compensation plan will surely make available enough fund for our distributors. Special honours are attached at each award event. CS INT (U.S.A) has provided our distributor an opportunity to draw their success plan, work successfully as a team, corporate and not conserve information.
PART 5
TERMS AND CONDITIONS GUIDING CLEANSHIELD INT MLM BUSINESS
Below are the rights, rules and regulations designed to promote cordial relationship between the distributors and the company. Every distributor is expected to read and understand these terms, rules and regulations. Any changes or amendment will be communicated to the distributor via e-mail circulars, or memorandum.
Cleanshield Int reserves exclusive right of interpretation or change of this plan where/when necessary.
Any distributor who completes and sign the application form expressly agree to abide and be bonded by the rules and regulations.
However any distributor who fails to abide by the rules and regulations will not claim ignorance to the rules and regulation and plan in use.
DEFINITION OF TERMS
1. Cleanshied int Business Plan comprise all the bonus and rewards programs including sponsorship procedures made by Cleanshield Int.
2. Cleanshield Int: this refers to a person who is permitted by Cleanshield Int and who may sponsor others to apply for Cleanshield Int for distributorship.
b. Any adult citizens regardless of sex and race can apply as Cleanshield Int distributor and enjoy privileges and must have civil behavior capability.
c. Anybody who wishes to be a Cleanshield Int distributor, must have filled the registration form and read the business manual, membership card, brochure issued.
3. Any distributor who wishes to resign shall put in writing six months and wait for the approval from Cleanshield int.
a. Any cancelled distributor of Cleanshield int can also reapply and it becomes the consideration of the company to readmit or not.
b. Cleanshield int will not force any member to buy her products of be in the business.
c. In the event of death of a distributor the next of kin will inherit the membership card and its accruals. If the next of kin dies, then Cleanshield int will decide who inherit the proceeds
4. Cleanshield int distributor should not engage in act considered as unlawful by the government or any act inimical to the development of Cleanshield int business.
5. The responsibility of Cleanshield int distributor in marketing and sales of its product include this, Cleanshield int can display its product in its accredited shop.
b. Distributor should not use misleading method to sell its products or recruits its members. Top distributors are not allowed to fake its products and services or sell other products from competing network companies or persuade Cleanshield int distributor to join.
c. Cleanshield int distributor should sell its product at a price authorized. Cleanshield int distributor should not fake products or services of the company.
d. Cleanshield int top distributor are not allowed to promote sell or market the product and services of other network companies to any Cleanshield int distributor, Cleanshield int has the right to disqualify his/her membership, If a distributor goes contrary to this.
e. Cleanshield int gathering is for promotion of its business, it cannot be used for politics or religious purpose. The organizers cannot use it for their personal interest or further any cause other than that of the company.
f. Any Cleanshield int distributor who has Cleanshield int trade mark, Logo must inform Cleanshield int and register trade mark and name must be used after approval, other wise it will not be allowed to use such trade mark/name.
g. Distributor should not use any means to show that he/she is an employee of Cleanshield int.
6. Any initiation, misleading, misrepresentation behavior or distributor against Cleanshield int business plan or its products, the said distributor must then pay compensation to losses that may arise inclusive of such things as charges for legal proceedings required for law suit by Cleanshield int or any party concerned.
